Quality Policy

DASA Quality Policy assures the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Management Integrated System (MIS) by constantly adjusting processes. The objective is satisfying the expectations and needs of customers and the society.

We are committed to:

  • Giving priority to service quality;
  • Promoting integrity and health to our professionals, in addition to preserving the environment, avoiding pollution;
  • Satisfying legislations and other legal requirements applicable to our organization.
  • Certifications/Accreditations

Customers and legislations applicable to the field of Diagnostic Medicine are increasingly demanding in terms of quality. Making medical exams available requires special attention in terms of compliance with legal requirements, good laboratory practices, and involvement of employees.

For this reason, DASA seeks to continuously improve activity management requirements related to quality, the environment and work safety, according to national and international standards.

All processes are certified by renowned Institutions that strongly show their willingness to fulfill such requirements.


CAP (College of American Pathologists) has a program entitled “Gold Standard”, which accredits clinical labs and hospitals as international references. This programs focuses on patient's safety with high quality services, assuring compliance with quality controls and process reliability.


PALC (Clinical Lab Accreditation Program) is promoted by Sociedade Brasileira de Patologia Clínica / Medicina Laboratorial – SBPC/ML (Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology / Lab Medicine) and points out requirements related to risk management and patient’s safety.


NGSP (National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program) is a Proficiency Certificate specific for glycohemoglobin testing. Only two Brazilian companies in the field of Diagnostic Medicine have this certificate and DASA is one of them.


ControlLab is a Proficiency Certificate that assesses the quality of the exams conducted in the laboratory.


International Proficiency Assay, promoted by CAP (College of American Pathologists), located in Illinois, USA. It involves all lab technical areas, including Anatomical Pathology, Cytopathology, Histocompatibility, Molecular Biology, and Cytogenetics.
